libv8-3.14-dbg software package provides V8 JavaScript engine - debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libv8-3.14-dbg
libv8-3.14-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libv8-3.14-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libv8-3.14-dbg *
You will get with libv8-3.14-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
